Rayn Properties Ltd. is a custom and spec home building company that has been operating on Southern Vancouver Island since March 2007. In that time Rayn has established itself as a driving, innovating force in the development industry.

Rov Dosanjh, owner, began work in Victoria’s development industry in 1984 when he helped his parents build their home at 122 Lurline Avenue in Victoria. Not long after this Rov was lead foreman on the construction of his first home, the starting point for a very productive career in property development.

In 2003 Rov partnered with Joe Samra to form Dosam Development Ltd. Together their strong work ethic led to the completion of an impressive 16 projects in just 4 years. In 2007, the career paths of the partners diverged, while their strong friendship remained. The two continue to consult each other on projects, designs, and ideas.

Rov’s dream for Rayn Properties is to become Victoria’s undisputed premier custom and spec home builder. His plan is simple: listen to his clients, and conduct himself with integrity and honesty.
